Deeply touched by the Himalayan world, Olivier Follmi has been working for 20 years in the Zanskar region in order to capture the beauty of the landscapes and people. In 1989 he adopted two Tibetan children; Motup and Diskit. A wonderful love story was born between two worlds. In 1990 Olivier Follmi's photo ''Chemin de l'Himalaya'' received the World Press Photo Award. Olivier and his wife have founded HOPE(Himalayan Organization for People and Education) in Neuchatel(Switzerland). The image area of this print is in a high gloss finish which is offset by the the matt finish borders; very nice.
