| Ferrari was introduced to Count Enrico Baracca whose late son Francesco had been a World War 1 flying ace. Francesco had used the Prancing Horse emblem on the fuselage of his fighter plane.. This limited edition numbered print is one of 750 by Nick Gleis. Nick Gleis' artistic use of traditional photography, coupled with cutting edge digital technology sets him apart as an artist. Printed on Heavy Weight Semi Gloss paper. The print features Yellow text, Black border, and a Red Matte. Note that the outer border is a 'printed Matte', with the pattern of an actual paper matte. Once behind glass it appears as the real thing and looks fantastic, thus saving the cost of purchasing a separate Matte. |
