Red Eyed Tree Frog

The Red Eyed Tree Frog lives in tropical rain forests in Central America and is less than 3 inches long. It is a slender, delicate frog with webbed hands and feet it's body is brilliant green with blue vertical bars on its side. Like most amphibians, it is dependent on water for most of its life, it minimizes water loss by resting underneath leaves and tucking its limbs up close to its body. The Red-eyed tree frog can change its color with its mood from a darker green to a reddish-brown.
