Give 1-StopPosterShop a call immediately with a description of the damage and we will make arrangements for pick-up and/or replacement of the item.  You should not have to accept prints which are damaged......please call us.....your satisfaction is our #1 priority.

Refused Shipments
The shipping and handling charges associated with an Item(s) ordered, shipped and later refused at the time of delivery by the customer, are the responsibility of the customer.  The cost of an item refused will be credited to your credit card automatically once the item is returned to us by the carrier.

Cancellations
If after you place your order, you decide to cancel your order, we will gladly do so.  However, a $1.00 processing fee will be billed against your credit card unless the reason for the cancellation was our doing.

Paying with Check or Money Order

To pay with a personal check or money order the process is essentially the same. Except, rather than providing your credit card information on the final "check out" page, the final "check out" page is printed and sent in along with the check or money order. Here is a step by step description of the process.

1. Add items to your shopping cart.
2. When you have selected all the items you wish, click on the "check out" button on the left side of the screen.
3. On the "check out" page, please enter in your "ship to" information. Please enter in the State and ZIP code of where the package will be shipped.
4. Once you have entered this information, press the "update shipping" button.
5. If a valid ZIP code was successfully entered, the "Proceed to Final Check Out" button will appear below the "update shipping" button.
6. Press the the "Proceed to final check out" button to go to the final check out page.
7. Enter in all required information except for the credit card information fields.
8. After entering in all the fields print the page.

9. Include the page(s) along with a personal check or Money order and mail it to:

  Note that Personal checks must first clear your bank before the order will be shipped.

Note that if a particular print or poster is available in different sizes, the size options will be listed on the product page.    If there is only one size listed, then the particular print is only available in the one size.
